The following describes the terms on which Morocco Carp offers you access to our products and services:

Morocco Carp take all the care in presenting our goods for hire in a manner suitable to their needs, but take no responsibility for the misuse or abuse of our hire equipment. All hire equipment is hired in good faith, maintained & ready for use, for its normal purpose. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the equipment is not abused, damaged or misused in any way. Any such abuse, damage or misuse will deem the hire agreement void & may incur repair costs to be paid by the hirer. In the event that legal action is required to recover any outstanding monies, the client will be responsible for all recovery costs. Morocco Carp will not be held responsible for any accidents, bodily injury or property damage, property loss or misuse of the given goods. Morocco carp do not condone the excessive consumption of alcohol, and strongly advise all clients to drink carefully and responsibly. We will not be held responsible for damage or bodily harm to any client under the influence of alcohol. We urge all clients to take safe precautions whilst fishing BEO and use the safety measures that are in place.
